From Romania to Tenerife: a management team with more than a decade of experience in property administration and short-term rentals.
Since 2016, our management team has worked in property administration and short-term rental operations in Romania. Over the years, our management team has welcomed and supported thousands of satisfied guests across its property management and short-term rental operations. In 2021, the same management team expanded its operations to Tenerife, where it manages holiday rental properties in South Tenerife.
This experience has shaped the way we operate today: combining practical property management, responsive guest communication, reliable day-to-day operations and a strong focus on the performance of each property.
Our management experience began in Romania, with property administration and short-term rental operations in Cluj-Napoca and the surrounding area. The focus was on the practical day-to-day management of apartments, guest stays, property preparation and owner support.
Among the properties operated by the team was the TwoFloor Plopilor property in Cluj-Napoca, at Calea Florești 2, Bl. A1B. The property was offered as short-term accommodation and appeared on accommodation and rental platforms, including Booking.com and OLX.
In 2021, the same management team expanded its operations to Tenerife. The experience gained in Romania became the foundation for managing holiday rental properties in South Tenerife, with a focus on guest experience, reservations, property operations and owner support.
Today, Sayzora Hospitality applies this accumulated operational experience to holiday rental properties in South Tenerife. Our approach combines local knowledge with structured property management and the systems required to support owners and guests throughout the rental cycle.
